It should be a lens from the Nettar 518/2 carmera of Zeiss Ikon with triplet design.

Novar-Anastigmat formula 最早是在20世紀初使用, 德國純種,
由 Zeiss Ikon 擁有, 鏡頭實際上是由Rodenstock (Munich) 或Hensoldt (Wetzlar) 代工 。
